HOW TO ORDER
You can place a telephone order on our farm phone line and answering machine (603) 469-3662. You also can fax us your order at (603) 469-3790 We receive many orders via e-mail. GREEN HOPE FARM OFFICE HOURS
We are in the office, answering phone calls and emails Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern-Standard Time, with a daily break for lunch from 12:00 - 1:00.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We make every effort to get orders out to you the same day we receive your call or email, but orders received late in the afternoon may be sent out the following day. Orders placed late Thursday afternoon through Sunday evening will be sent on Monday.

HOW WE SHIP
We ship your orders by US Mail. If you prefer UPS, we can ship by UPS. If you need Express Mail, UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air, we will charge you the exact cost of the shipping. If you would like us to call you before we ship your order to let you know how much the cost for these options, we are happy to do this. Don't hesitate to call us to discuss how best to ship your order to you.
OUR UNUSUAL PAYMENT SYSTEM
After you place your order, we will send your Flower Essences to you with an invoice for the amount due enclosed in the box containing your Flower Essences. We put this invoice on the top of your order, so it should be the first thing you see when you open the box. |

When you receive your Flower Essences, we ask that you send us a check, cash or money order. We have wonderful customers who pay their bills with great integrity and reliability. We thank all of you for continuing in this tradition of integrity!
The Angels continue to ask us to proceed without credit card payment plans. For twenty years we have not known why they've asked us to do this, though we appreciate the deep bonds of trust this direct payment system has created. As the financial systems in this country wobble, we glimpse another possible reason for the Angels' guidance. Our financial structure outside the credit card industry has never encouraged anyone to spend more than they have to spend. That said, we appreciate that our system of trust is sometime inconvenient for you. We are deeply grateful for your continued flexibility with this and our other unusual systems!

Please note that due to the vibrational nature of Flower Essences, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accept returns or give refunds.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!
We confidently welcome all international orders! Each week we send orders all over the earth! Whether you live in East Timor or East Anglia, we have found US Global Priority mail to be a reliable, affordable, and efficient was to send your order, We are happy to work out other shipping options with you as well. On all international orders, we charge you the exact cost of the shipping method you chose.
Because we don't take credit cards, we know payment can be more complicated for you, our international customer. We can send you our international payment suggestion information by email or with your order.. After many years navigating international payment options outside the credit card industry, we have lots if ideas. Hopefully one of them will work for you! Contact us to arrange international payment and shipping methods.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available and we think they are gorgeous! Call or email us for more information or to purchase a gift certificate. Gift certificates can be sent to you or to the recipient.
WHEN WE GOOF
Green Hope Farm Flower Essences delivered to you with the hope that when they arrive at your home you will feel a wave of LOVE coming to you from all of us at the farm. Us includes those with wings, those with feet, and those with petals!
But since it is humans that invoice, pack and ship your orders, we do make mistakes! Please know we are sorry about any mistakes we make and want to make sure we work things out to your satisfaction.
If you get something that you did not order, please do not send it back. Instead, give us a call so we can make sure you are not charged for our mistake. We will arrange for you to keep the Essences as an Angelic gift. If you did not receive something you did order, give us a call and we will make sure you do get it.
As mentioned previously, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns for credit. Please do not send bottles back to us for credit. We do not reuse any Flower Essences returned to us under any circumstances. We are meticulous about this because we want to safeguard the vibrational purity of our Flower Essences, and we cannot vouch for the vibrational purity of any Flower Essence after it is out of our hands. Our Angel of shipping, Nathan, makes sure that this means the Flower Essences are under Green Hope Farm's vibrational protection until they are actually in your hands. Then the baton passes to you and your divinity!

This may be of no consolation to you, but when we goof, we it often turns out to be the beginnings of a wonderful new friendship for us with one of you. In the process of straightening out the situation, we get to chat back and forth on the phone and get to know you a little better. When I first started this business, I felt nothing but horror at our mistakes, now I think, "I wonder why this happened? What friend am I about to remember?"

Green Hope Farm is organized to fill any size order, however we do not do private labeling and ask that you do not re-label our Flower Essences with your own label. The Angels and Elementals of Green Hope Farm are responsible for the healing strength of our Flower Essences, and we like that our labels give full credit for their work.
RECYCLING INFORMATION
