Bay Ceder - Suriana maritima

As a n herbal, this plant has so many medicinal purposes that it could best be described as a physic or “cure all”.  In light of this, the strength of its Flower Essence comes as no surprise.  Bay Cedar Flower Essence helps us to be our wisest, truest self in action.  It especially helps us hold our position when our values have undergone a sea change and we need to make radical changes in our behavior in order to be in integrity with what we now believe.

This Essence helps us be strong and grounded in our truth without aggression or force.  On the beach landscape where I found this Flower, the Bay Cedar was a commanding presence.  It was not that it physically dominated the landscape so much as it was so articulated in its energetics that everyone I was with that day asked me what the plant was.  To say it helps us be a force to be reckoned with sounds too violent.  It simply helps us to BE our most clear self.
