Yellow Loosestrife  Lysimachia vulgaris

Also known as Yellow Willow Herb, this beautiful yellow Flowering plant was traditionally used to stop bleeding, especially of the mouth and nose, and in the closing of wounds.  It was also used by women to deal with heavy menstruation.  I am interested in how this life affirming mending ability relates to its strengths as a Flower Essence.  If we think of Flower Essences as the most efficienct way  to communicate the healing wisdom of a plant, it is interesting to note how the Flower describes itself as really about sustaining life.

"Consider me if you want to feel a grateful zesty joyfulness for your glorious  life.  I AM indefatigable gratitude for this life of life, even amidst trials and tribulations.  I AM joyful appreciation for life no matter the circumstances.  I will help you to find the bead on the positive and valuable in your  life during flood times and turmoil as well as during times when things are flowing more smoothly."

In reading this description I see how the vibration of the Essence alone, encourages the closing of wounds and return to full joyful embodiment.  I made this one at the edges of a stream flowing into Lough Corrib near the ruins of a monastic order in Cong, Co Mayo.  The Angels note that the Flower's proximity to this ruin as well as the stream's edge strengthens the Essence's vibration as a beacon of vibrant good cheer and confidence in life.

I AM  life imperishable.
