INISHBOFIN

Elizabeth Sheehan made this Essence on Inishbofin, an island several miles off the west coast of Connemara.  While living in Ireland, Elizabeth had many intense dreams that led to a realization that she had lived numerous lives in Connemara.  Out of this moment of truth came the desire to make a Flower Essence mix on Inishbofin, the location of one of her more cherished and helpful past lives.
           
After she made the Essence, this is what the mix told her,  “ I AM the Essence for retrieving wisdom and strengths from past incarnations so as to bring forward their light filled gifts for the individual soul and the universe as a whole.”
