DWARF COMMON CENTAURY  Centaurium subcapitatum

This star shaped pink Flower rises a diminutive inch into the air to cluster in sturdy sweet bouquets.  It wasn’t the first Flower on Omey to open each morning.  It stayed firmly closed until the sun lit its petals.  However, rain or shine, sunshine or clouds, this Flower had a presence that made me stop to visit.

For all its diminutive size, this Flower has a big personality, not brassy but strong with a pure sweetness that isn’t saccharine.  It’s a vibration of love in perfect balance.

Here is a message from this friend,  “Love is enough.  My sweetness is enough.  I help you know this.  Sweetness is not a weakness; it is an enduring strength.  If you feel you have been dismissed because of your sweetness, I come to remind you of its virtue and value.”

I AM love refined. I AM the precious gift of sweetness.
