Inner Child work was all the buzz a number of years ago, but the Angels brought us back to this topic, even as it seemed to be passé. The Angels explain, "This is vital work whether it is popular or not. Your inner child often feels stuck in a disempowered, despairing place, even after the actual circumstances that left you feeling that way have departed from your life.  When an event occurs that triggers your inner child's wounds, you go back to those old events and that frightened place and are literally not present to deal with the events of the now. With the wounds reactivated, you tend to make decisions from this wounded, frightened place. Often you are unable to hear the wise and compassionate adult part of yourself that can hold this situation differently and can make different choices than your wounded self. 

This remedy is to support the healing of your inner child's wounds. This will help you be more fully present in your daily life and more fully cognizant of the power and wisdom you have within you to solve the problems that your life presents you with. As these old wounds are healed, you may find yourself feeling more and more lighthearted. We hope so."
