WINTERGREEN Pyrola uligimosa

Wintergreen is an energetic powerhouse. The plant is low growing, with small white bell shaped blossoms nestled beneath powerfully pungent evergreen leaves. It often grows on exposed mountain slopes, flourishing in the most extreme conditions.
For those of us who have a tendency to tone ourselves down so we hardly seem to exist, Wintergreen is ready to help us shine. For those of us who have a tendency to be the doormat to all creation, Wintergreen is ready to help us say no and then get on with expressing our own passions, not facilitating for others. When we get on with being ourselves, Wintergreen helps us articulate ourselves fully and unapologetically. It encourages the vitality and pizzazz of our inner selves to surface. Throughout this process, it supports the creation of very clear personal boundaries. It helps us ride out tough challenges of establishing a new sense of ourselves in human community without giving up on ourselves or letting ourselves get trampled. It is a strong Essence that helps us shed the need to look a certain way or do a certain thing in order to feel that we are acceptable. Wintergreen helps us toss all sorts of false responsibilities and false personas, so we can get on with the vital task of being our true selves. Yahoo!
I AM that I AM.
“I am enjoying all of my Essences. I am in a phase of major metamorphosis and transformation, so several of the Essences are in “high rotation”!” I am using many of the “cleansers” to release old baggage and issues that have created an extremely cluttered home. They are a Godsend! (Avocado, Dandelion, Eggplant, Bee Balm, Spanish Bayonet, Bottlebrush, All Ego Contracts Null & Void, Wintergreen) The Essences are helping me “declutter” all the childhood trauma that helped create the physical clutter. Comfrey has also been a big asset, as it helps me break through this clutter issue that has plagued me for years!...Wintergreen has helped me be okay with where I am in my process while also creating stronger boundaries including boundaries against clutter in my home.” D.H., E.
