There are many different ways to choose Flower Essences. Here are some possibilities.

In the Spring of 2009 we printed a fully revised edition of our ‘Guide to Green Hope Farm Flower Essences.’ This book offers a lot of helpful information about Flower Essences including descriptions for all our Flower Essence collections as well as discussions about how to choose Flower Essences. Green Hope Farm Flower Essence Suggestions for Common Concerns is a document first offered in early 2009 that offers Flower Essence suggestions for an extensive list of different issues and concerns. We have been working on this list for several years; It reflects what we have learned about all our Flower Essences in the last twenty years.

As you read the short definitions of our Flower Essences found on this website, trust your intuition. We do know what we need! When specific collections of Flower Essences or specific Flower Essences grab your attention, this is because they resonate with something within you that would benefit from their healing vibration. The I AM affirmations, the photographs of the Flowers, the section on the chakras, and all the expanded definitions can clarify the reason for this resonance and help you decide whether the Flower Essence offers an energy you would like to work with. Pay particular attention to the photographs of the Flowers as they were designed to attract your attention when they hold a vibration that will serve your energy system.

At your request, we have made dowsing circles for all the collections. These circles can help those adept at dowsing to swiftly find the Essences they are looking for. We have been told by many practitioners that the dowsing circles help them find just the right Essences for their clients.

Whatever diagnostic approach you choose, there is room for exploration about how Flower Essences can best serve you. Remember, Essences are much easier on your system than conventional remedies. WHY? Because they are information not chemical! No matter which method of diagnosis you use, there is a great deal of latitude for experimentation. Relax! Practice with a trusting and playful attitude. This process of attunement may seem tedious at times, but it builds momentum for you to find your way to complete conscious reunion with your God self.

ONE TRUE THING ABOUT ESSENCES

Flower Essences are marvelous gifts offering helpful information for your electrical system. They are NOT chemical and therefore will not alter the chemistry of your body. When we suggest an Essence for specific part of the body or a physical issue, we are not saying that the Flower Essence will fix anything. The Flower Essence will offer your electrical system potentially helpful information about this issue or area of your body which you and your wise electrical system will use or not, in alignment with the divine plan for you. Flower Essences are information only. They are beautiful road maps for your healing journey. They will not do anything to you! You and your divinity remain in the driver’s seat!
