OMEY ISLAND

Made on the tidal Island of Omey from the Flowers growing at this ancient Celtic refuge, this mix is described in greater detail in the opening discussion of the Irish Flower Essences on the Irish Collection main page. In short, Omey helps us find a more natural rhythm for our lives, a balance of giving and receiving that does not deplete us, and an acceptance as well as appreciation for times when we find our lives have been pared down through illness, losses, changes in circumstance beyond our control or we find ourselves in some way out of the mainstream of life.
